AIS has always laid a great deal of stress upon the importance of taking up sports or other healthy extra-curricular activities in additional to professional ambitions. We believe that extra-curricular activities 'CAPITALISE WITH SKILLS'. It manifests an intensity to win, act with sensitivity and uphold integrity.

At AIS, we have different activities that take place on different occasions. Not only on different occasions but also on birthday of each employee we celebrate it with full enthusiasm and try to make the day of that particular employee by presenting him/her a beautiful gift. This way, every month we have a small birthday party.

Also, we have some or the other sports to play on every weekend. For AIS the most important skill that develops while playing a sport is your leadership. It teaches you the three main aspects of leadership How to DELEGATE, INSPIRE and MOTIVATE. All this ultimately leads to a person with well-rounded personality and the ability to complete in a variety of situations.

AIS also organizes a quarterly trip every year. Some of our recent Trips include - Nainital, Nimsar, Chakrata, Badrinath, Rishikesh, Valley of Flowers, etc. Through these tours we also learn how to manage and empower team members. It also gives a break and refreshment from our daily routine. Such qualities aid in jobs that require intense brain work.

All we can say is AIS does not only focus on work but also on some extra-curricular activities, as we believe that when employees participate in such activities they are influenced both by the culture of the activity and the experience that they have as a part of that activity. We have PotLuck Lunch Sessions on 1st of every month, a health check-up of all the employees once in a quarter, and every Monday we have TechShare sessions on different Technology topics. Our Management team is very often invited to most prestigious Technical institutes in Lucknow to interview, give guest-lectures, and judge the passing-out students.

We also organize a cricket match every month as we believe that such sports basically fulfill two basic conditions. They are not the part of regular activities and they are structured in some way not just socializing but working towards some pro-social mission or goal. Watch out our social media to get to know us more in details.

After exploring Nimsar , we went to Chakrata. Every hard work pays, and our hard work paid us well with another trip which was sponsered by one of our many satisfied customer. The AIS team this time planed for a more adventurous trip, which included Badrinath, Valley Of Flowers and Hemkund. Starting off on a devotional note at Badrinath and heading straight to the trekking trip of Hemkund and Valley of Flowers. Cut off from the world, in the natures lap this part of the trip had taken a tough test of our tracking skills, but in the end it was ever satisfying.

All we can say is AIS does not only focus on work but also on some extra-curricular activities, as we believe that when employees participate in such activities they are influenced both by the culture of the activity and the experience that they have as a part of that activity.

We also organize a cricket match every Saturday as we believe that such sports basically fulfills two basic conditions. They are not the part of regular activities and they are structured in some way not just socializing but working towards some pro-social mission or goal.
